This cozy bakery has been on my list for years.
The OG location of Devil’s Teeth Baking Company is right near Ocean Beach in the Outer Sunset in San Francisco. This location has been around for over a decade and their newer location in the Outer Richmond has been open for a few years. Of course I wanted to visit the original bakery which is known for their famous breakfast sandwiches. A line is to be expected especially during the weekend and we waited around 30 minutes which included waiting for the sandwiches to be made as well. You could order online and pickup but not everything is offered on the online menu and since this was my first time, I wanted to see all the options.
Without a doubt, I knew I had to get the breakfast sandwich since that’s their specialty. You can either get the regular breakfast sandwich (buttermilk biscuit with eggs, bacon, and Cheddar cheese) or the special breakfast sandwich (buttermilk biscuit with eggs, bacon, Pepper Jack cheese, avocado, and lemon garlic aioli). Sausage is available for an additional fee.
I had to go all out and get the special breakfast sandwich and I added sausage too.

Special Breakfast Sandwich with Added Sausage (9/10).

Insane!
Talk about a perfect breakfast sandwich. Buttery warm biscuits with fluffy eggs, melted spicy Pepper Jack cheese, creamy avocado, crispy bacon, griddled sausage, and a tangy lemon garlic aioli sauce. Beware as it’s a messy sandwich but totally worth it.
We also got some sweets to try.

Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie (8.5/10).
I love an oatmeal cookie with its chewy texture and I enjoyed the tartness from the dried cranberries.

Brownie (7.5/10).
A solid chocolate brownie which was very nostalgic of a classic brownie but I prefer a more fudgy brownie rather than cakey.

Chocolate Chip Cookie (8/10).
Once again, a solid classic chocolate chip cookie but nothing extraordinary.

Cinnamon Roll (7/10).
The cinnamon roll was my least favorite baked good as it was a little dry on the outside edges. Flavor was good though.
The showstopper was easily the breakfast sandwich so my rating is an 8.5-9/10. I’d skip the baked goods and go elsewhere for something sweet such as Tartine Inner Sunset. If you’re ever craving a breakfast sandwich, this is the place to go!
