Culinary School.

So you’re probably wondering where are the pictures of dishes that I’ve made at culinary school? I’ve posted plenty of food photos from my travels but none of the dishes that I’ve made. Well, I attended culinary school for three years in Florence and over those years I’ve taken too many pictures. So I compiled some of my favorite dishes that I’ve made from my time at culinary school.

These first photos are dishes we made together in class.

Wow!! Now that is food I could get my chops around!! I’ve never seen many menus including much of this but I look forward to trying more contemporary Italian dishes! Great work & great post! Where next?

Thanks so much! I’m currently still living in Florence, just finished an internship here where I was working full time in a kitchen. Heading back to California in a few weeks to visit friends and family!
