It’s Official…

Lazy Bear has earned a Michelin star for 2016! It’s almost surreal that everyone’s work and dedication has been recognized by the Michelin Guide. As chefs and cooks, we work crazy long hours, sacrificing our personal lives so to be acknowledged for all our hard work is truly an honor.

A few noteworthy things about San Francisco Bay Area’s Michelin Guide for 2016:

  • Manresa moves from two stars to three stars.
  • Commis and Campton Place move from one star to two stars.
  • New one star restaurants include All Spice (SF location), Al’s Place, Aster, Californios, Commonwealth, Kin KhaoLazy Bear, Lord Stanley, Mourad, Nico, Octavia, Omakase, RasaSushi Yoshizumi, and Wako.
  • Boulevard (read my review here), La Folie (read my review here), and Maruya lose their one star.
